Terms for Envexa Pest Control services.
Service Agreement
All services are performed by Ohio-licensed applicators per ODA regulations and EPA label requirements.
Guarantee
Recurring plans include callback guarantee at no charge. One-time treatments include 30-day callback guarantee.
Cancellation
Envexa365+ begins as a 12-month annual protection program under a service agreement. Monthly billing is available for convenience, or the full 12-month term may be paid up front. The initial 12-month term starts when service begins.
You may cancel service with at least 15 days' notice. After the initial 12-month term, service continues month-to-month and no early termination balance applies.
If the service agreement is canceled before the initial 12-month term is complete, an early termination balance may apply. Because Envexa365+ includes discounted bundled pricing, any services already performed may be recalculated at standard non-member rates. Any early termination balance will not exceed $149.
Cancellation ends active membership benefits, including callback coverage, discounted bundled pricing, mosquito season continuation, and any grandfathered rate. Re-enrollment may require a new initial treatment, current pricing, and a new 12-month service agreement.
Monthly payments are not prorated, and no refunds are issued for completed or scheduled services.
